Belize’s cuisine shows evidence of our many cultures. Our very own Shuga City Rum Bar & Grill serves local and international delicacies, all fresh and locally sourced products.

Some of our specialties include for breakfast: Creole Platter, with the local favorite Fry Jacks (think New Orleans Beignets without powdered sugar) delicious beans, eggs and local sausage! Our traditional Belizean Lunch is Rice & Beans with Savory Stewed Chicken and a creamy salad and a slice of sweet plantain. Our dinner special includes freshly made Ceviche from either Conch or Shrimp, or a mix of both, an array of tasty Shrimp, Lobster, and Fish prepared by our chef as well as excellent Pork Chops, Chicken options and Grass fed Beef.

If you are not in the mood for a full meal, you can also choose from our sides including Wings, Salpicon, Nachos to name a few.
