Belize’s cuisine shows evidence of our many cultures. Our very own The Deck Tapas Bar & Bistro serves local and international delicacies, all fresh and locally sourced products.
Some of our specialties include for breakfast: Creole Platter, with the local favorite Fry Jacks (think New Orleans Beignets without powdered sugar) delicious beans, eggs and local sausage! Our traditional Belizean Lunch is Rice & Beans with Savory Stewed Chicken and a creamy salad and a slice of sweet plantain. Our dinner special includes freshly made Ceviche from either Conch, octopus or Shrimp, or a mix , an array of tasty Shrimp, Lobster, and Fish prepared by our chef as well as excellent Smoked Chicken, Smoked Baby Back Ribs, Smoked Chicken wings and amazingly delicious brisket sliders, Pork Chops, Top Sirloin Steak , Rib Eye Steak , 1/2 lb smoked beef burger , all in endless flavors.
